Terms of Service

1. The Service

BounceMatch generates short-form bouncing-ball videos from settings and images you provide. You can explore and customize videos for free; a paid subscription is required to render and download them.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and be legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, including for partial billing periods, unused videos, or accidental purchases. Please review the plan details before subscribing.

We may change plan pricing going forward. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect, and it won't apply to a billing period you've already paid for.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, generate, or share content that:

• Is illegal, or infringes any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual property rights)
• Is hateful, or incites or promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against any individual or group
• Is racist, or discriminates on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Is sexually explicit or sexually suggestive
• Depicts a person without their knowledge and consent to be used this way

You also agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or billing (e.g. sharing accounts to exceed quotas)
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service beyond normal use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of images you upload and videos you generate. You are solely responsible for any logos, images, or other content you upload — by uploading it, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and grant us a limited license to process, store, and render it solely to provide the Service to you. We are not liable for any infringement or other claim arising from content you upload. We don't claim ownership of your generated videos and don't use them for anything beyond providing and operating the Service, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without cause or notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (billing, liability, content ownership) will survive.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
